Laffite’s Cove Property Owners Association (“LCPOA”) is run by volunteers, all of which are property owners within Laffite’s Cove. The board consist of 5 members, who dedicate significant time and effort in managing the LCPOA, working with the LCNS and PPOA, as well as providing hands on support around the neighborhood.

The annual budget is proposed each year in at the same time for approval by the board.
